NiroCares is a respectful space. Communication must remain kind, safe, and appropriate. Harassment, hate speech, manipulation, threats, or repeated boundary-crossing is not allowed.

What NiroCares Offers

NiroCares provides non-medical, non-therapeutic emotional support through conversation, companionship, and supportive guidance. It is not a replacement for professional therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or emergency services.

No Sexual or Romantic Services

NiroCares is strictly non-sexual and non-romantic. Any sexual requests, explicit content, or romantic roleplay is not permitted. The focus is emotional support, respectful connection, and well-being.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected. Conversations are treated confidentially and handled with care. Personal information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide services (such as payment processing).

Communication & Availability

Support is offered through the formats listed on the Services page. Replies and session availability depend on scheduling and operating hours. NiroCares aims to respond within weekday response times whenever possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. If NiroCares needs to reschedule a session, you will be informed in advance whenever possible. All booking and rescheduling details are shared during the booking process so expectations remain clear and fair for everyone.

Digital & Physical Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. Because digital files are accessible immediately after purchase, they are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Physical products offered through print-on-demand services (such as apparel, mugs, or journals) are produced specifically for each order. As a result, these items are typically non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Crisis & Urgent Support

NiroCares is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feel unsafe, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider in your area.

Boundary Protection

To maintain emotional safety, NiroCares may pause or end communication if boundaries are repeatedly not respected. This helps ensure a safe and respectful space for everyone.
